My name is Alex Vernon, this is my first year at WASU and I am excited to be on the radio! I'm a sophomore Psychology major and Recreation Management minor; I want to get involved with Wilderness Therapy programs after college.  I was really drawn to App to be in the mountains for all the awesome outdoor opportunities.  I have wanted to be on the radio since I was a kid, so working at WASU is a dream come true!   I listen to a lot of classic rock, alternative rock, and some old school hip-hop.  Outside of the station I'm into rock climbing, hiking, and snow-skiing - so you might just see me outside and hear me on the radio later that day!  My request line is always open, I love playing what you want to hear.  828-264-4905!
